However, if you  receive a defective or incorrect product, our  Return  & Replacement Policy  makes it simple  and hassle-free to resolve.

1 . Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may return the product for cash refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the product is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and tags. Products must not be damaged, altered, or missing any parts. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use beyond inspection, is missing components, or is not in original retail condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Exchange requests will be processed subject to availability. After the 14-day window, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

 2. Conditions for Replacement

 A product is eligible for replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is  damaged  or  defective .
  • The item received is  different  from the one ordered.
  • Essential accessories or components are  missing  from  the package.

 If your product meets any of the above conditions, please contact our support team within  48  hours  of delivery.

 3. Non-Returnable Items

 For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Earbuds and other personal audio products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair.
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers unless they are defective.
 4. Return & Replacement Process
  1. .  Contact our support team at  support@anglepro.com  with your  order ID  and  product details.
  2. .  Share relevant  images or videos  highlighting the issue.
  3. .  Once verified, our team will arrange a  pickup or courier return      .
  4. .  Upon receiving the returned product, a  replacement  will be shipped, or a  refund  will  be processed as per your request.
5 . Refund Timeline

 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 –14  working days  after we receive and  inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
