Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

 

You may return the product for cash refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the product is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and tags. Products must not be damaged, altered, or missing any parts. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use beyond inspection, is missing components, or is not in original retail condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Exchange requests will be processed subject to availability. After the 14-day window, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.This product is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, applicable exclusively to manufacturing defects that occur under normal usage conditions. , and providing accurate information including their name, contact details, product model, batch number, date and place of purchase, and valid proof of purchase. Only products that are properly registered through the official website will be eligible for warranty support. This warranty applies solely to manufacturing or functional defects and becomes void if the product exhibits any form of user-induced or physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, dents, burns, liquid intrusion, deformation, breakage, or impact damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or negligence. If a verified defect is identified during the warranty period and the product passes inspection, the customer will be eligible for a pro-rated replacement, whereby a new product will be provided upon payment of a portion of the original purchase price based on the duration of prior use. The defective product must be returned before a replacement is issued, and no refunds, reimbursements, or credits will be provided. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, electrical faults, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or tampering with product identifiers such as batch numbers or labels. After the expiration of the two-year warranty period, no complimentary replacement or warranty service will be available. All warranty claims must be supported by the original purchase invoice and verified registration details and will be handled in accordance with The Angle Pro’s standard warranty procedures to ensure a fair, transparent, and timely resolution.

 

 

Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Our team will verify the issue and provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

  3. Once verified, our team will arrange a  pickup or courier return      .
  4. Upon receiving the returned product, a  replacement  will be shipped, or a  refund  will  be processed as per your request.
5 . Refund Timeline Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 –14  working days  after we receive and  inspect the returned product.
